Responsibilities
The DPO is the communication channel between Prolytiq, data subjects and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). The DPO's responsibilities include:
- Receiving communications from data subjects and providing clarifications
- Receiving communications from the ANPD and taking action on them
- Guiding employees and contractors on the practices to be adopted regarding the protection of personal data
- Carrying out the other duties determined by the controller or established in supplementary regulations
How to exercise your rights
Under the LGPD, you have the right to (among others) confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of your personal data.
