Run your entire systematic review from question to publishable chart.
Prolytiq screens thousands of abstracts, extracts the data and assesses risk of bias, with Cochrane methodology and an auditable trail behind every decision. On your own or as a team, from your first review to your fiftieth.

›Search strategy for 9 databases, aligned with Cochrane
›AI screening with a two-reviewer flow and an auto-generated PRISMA flow diagram
›Extraction of outcomes and baseline variables into structured data
›Risk of bias with RoB 2, ROBINS-I, QUADAS, Newcastle-Ottawa, AMSTAR-2 and the JBI checklists, plus R statistics
A systematic review can run 9 to 18 months across reference managers, screening apps, extraction spreadsheets and stats software. Every handoff loses context and breaks the audit trail.
01
Six tools for one review
Reference managers, screening apps, extraction spreadsheets, stats software and writing platforms, none of them built to talk to each other.
02
No single source of truth
Decisions live in scattered files. Audit trails break across tools, and the methodology becomes hard to reproduce.
03
Weeks lost to plumbing
Exporting spreadsheets, reformatting data, reconciling versions. Time that should go to analysis.
The tool
Every stage of the review. One platform.
From your research question to risk of bias and statistics, with no tool-switching and no broken audit trails. Guided tutorials walk you through every step, whether it is your first review or your fiftieth.

Methodology
Methodology you can defend
Screening follows published Cochrane guidance, every AI decision carries an exportable rationale, and a human stays in the loop where judgment matters.
Evidence-first
Grounded in Cochrane methodology
Screening follows the decision criteria of the Cochrane Handbook. The methodology is transparent and every decision is exportable, so you can publish it alongside your review.
# screening prompt (excerpt)
"Decide whether the study meets the
pre-specified eligibility criteria.
If insufficient information is
available in the title and abstract,
mark as UNCLEAR and defer to full-text."
Audit trail
Every decision, exportable
Confidence, version, timestamp and justification, logged for every decision and exported as a clean, structured record ready for peer review.

Data security
Your data stays yours
Your research data is never used to train AI models. Every project runs in an isolated, access-controlled context, encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can export or delete it at any time. Built to meet GDPR, LGPD and CCPA.

Pricing
Free to run. Pay only for AI.
Building and running your entire review is free. The AI is credit-based, so you pay only for what you use, and founding members lock today's prices in for good.
An all-in-one platform that runs your entire systematic review, from the research question to a publishable chart: search strategy, screening, deduplication, extraction, risk of bias and statistics, all in one auditable place. A free research network comes with it, where you build a public profile, showcase your reviews and join your lab, group or residency program.
What is free, and what do I pay for?
Building and running the whole review is free: projects, criteria, deduplication, the two-reviewer screening workflow, the PRISMA flow diagram, R statistics and exports, plus your profile and organizations. You only pay when you put the AI to work, like AI screening, extraction or risk of bias, and only when it succeeds.
How does AI screening work?
Each title and abstract is evaluated against your pre-specified PICO criteria using structured prompts grounded in Cochrane methodology. The AI returns Include, Exclude or Unclear with a brief rationale. Every decision is logged and exportable, and you can run a two-reviewer flow with conflict resolution.
Which databases and formats are supported?
Search strategies are generated for 9 databases (PubMed, Embase, Cochrane CENTRAL/CDSR, Scopus, Web of Science, LILACS, SciELO, ClinicalTrials.gov). Imports accept RIS, BibTeX, PubMed XML, CSV, EndNote, Embase, Web of Science and Cochrane exports, and almost every duplicate is removed automatically.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your research data is never used to train AI models. Each project runs in an isolated, access-controlled context, encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can export a full audit trail or delete your data at any time. The platform is built to meet GDPR, LGPD and CCPA.
What does the AI cost, and who are founding members?
Running the platform is free. The AI is credit-based, so you pay only for what you use, with packs from $39 and no fixed seats. The first researchers to join become founding members and keep today's credit prices for good, even as prices rise later. Institutions are priced by consultation.
